Hair Loss Women Diet |
|
|
Among other causes of hair loss, diet is a leading cause of women hair loss. Although hormonal fluctuation in women is more common, diet plays its significant role in their health. What you eat is what you gain. Metabolism is a set of constructive chemical reactions while catabolism is a set of destructive chemical reactions. Both destructive and constructive reactions are necessary at optimum level. Any imbalance may result in bad health and irregular functionality of organs. Hair follicles are made of epithelial cells. Epithelial cells are very delicate and vulnerable to damage. These cells replace themselves with new one after each weak or soon depending upon the nature of the organs and its environment. For instance, internal surface of your stomach is lined with a layer of epithelial cells that replaces them after each two day period. It is because the environment within stomach is quite acidic, that may burn the internal layer if it is not replaced repetitively. What is balanced diet for a woman? Banana contains lots of zinc and magnesium that is vital for healthy growth and development of hair follicles and epithelial cells. Pomegranate is rich in iron and vitamin C. Iron is a building block of hemoglobin, a protein that carries oxygen to body cells. It will ensure efficient amount of oxygen towards hair follicles and help accelerate their growth. Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant that removes free radicals from your body. Free radicals are toxins that accumulate within your skin and damage hair follicles. Fish contains vitamin E, zinc and phosphorous. Vitamin E enhances and strengthens the immune system while zinc and phosphorous takes part in metabolism and catabolism and energy generation.
