To have healthy hair it is important that you not only take care of them by using good shampoos, conditioners, hair oils etc. but you also eat the things that make them healthy. the following are some of the things that will help provide your hair with the necessary nutrition’s. the important thing to remember is that consuming anything in abundance wont help your cause as it will complicate things so it is important that you eat everything in moderation.

Beef:

Beef should be eaten twice a week baring any cholesterol problems because it provides the body with protein, zinc, iron, vitamin b and other minerals that are good for the hair. you can also get these nutrition’s from other sources but in beef these are of the highest quality.

Fruits and Vegetables:

Eating lots of fruits and vegetables will not only make you healthy overall but it will also help your hair. they contain amino acids for healthy growth of your hair. fruits and vegetables also contain strong antioxidants which help the body get rid of free radicals. these radicals have shown to be a cause of hair loss.

Milk:

Milk is a good source of amino acids which help in the healthy growth of hair. it also contains calcium, phosphorus and zinc which have all proved to be good when it comes to healthy hair.
