Kate Hudson is in trouble town, she is being sued by 220 Laboratories which is a Los Angeles based manufacturer of unique hair and skin care solutions. they are suing the actress and hairstylist David Babaii for fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, among other complaints.

220 laboratories claims she and Babaii stole a secret of the company and then went on to create their own line of hair care products. The particular secret in question is the use of Volcanic ash to develop hair care products.The company also claims that, after revealing their “confidential” ingredient list to Hudson and Babaii in November, the two then took the ash samples and then sold the secrets to a rival company. Not only that they even used the promo footage of the 220 team collecting ash with their new Manufacturer ,Universal. Meanwhile Kate and her attorneys are only just learning of the complaint say that the allegations are baseless.
