Nutritional Factors:
Nutritional factors include lack of vitamins, minerals and other dietary substances. Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients required for healthy growth of epithelial cells. Epithelial cells form the lining of hair follicles. Therefore, healthy hair follicles produce healthy hair shafts. Take balanced diet and do include fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Breastfeeding and Pregnancy:
Breastfeeding and pregnancy are two factors involved in women hair loss. But these both factors are temporary due to lack of certain dietary substances. For prevention of these factors, you must take healthy diet.
Genetic Factors:
Involvement of genetic factors is usually common in men though may happen in women also. Genetic inheritance may come from either side (parent or mother). Genetic hair loss may range from hair thinning to complete baldness. Diagnosing genetic hair loss is difficult as there are several other causes involved in hair loss.
Stress and Depression:
During extreme depression and stress, your body loses a great deal of vitamins and minerals. During stressful state, your body undergoes extreme hormonal imbalance. Hair follicles and other hormones taking part in healthy growth of hair are disturbed in this way, leading to receding hair line or complete hair loss. This type of hair loss can be controlled initially by taking doctors prescribed anti-depressants etc.

I was reading the interview of the popular hair stylist Lisa Fuller, and came across some very interesting facts. She said that straightening hair using harsh chemicals may cause serious hair loss. I did some research in this matter and found out the cause of this and why it happens<!–more–>.
It is because if your hair doesn’t have the required strength chemicals tend to damage the base of your hair which leads to hair loss. Apart from causing hair loss, it can also create burns on the scalp which can cause serious irritations. So if your hair are weak and you can be the best judge of that you should definitely go for hair strengthening natural products. So if you want to do something with your hair try a hair cut don’t meddle with the texture of your hair because you look pretty in them.
